Pain can be an incredibly frustrating experience. I've worked with hundreds of clients on their healing journey and one of the most frequent experiences I have witnessed (and experienced!) is frustration. From not being able to wash the dishes without pain to not being able to lift or play with the kids, body pain can really impact quality of life. So frustrating!

The thing is, frustration is part of our internal guidance system. It serves as key information from the body that becomes a catalyst for change- if you are listening!

Its the frustration that brings readiness to take the reins on the healing journey.

Most of my clients have tried going to various practitioners to solve their pain. From massage, chiropractors, acupuncture, to other wellness modalities. The problem is that these modalities will only get you part of the way there. They will create some relief. The change really happens when you receive the education and empowerment to know how to make change within yourself.
